Where am I?
Registering a student for school is an important process whether it is the first time that your child will be attending our school or it is simply time for annual re-enrollment. Ensuring that the school has accurate contact information, health background and other important details about your student is extremely important.
If your child is a new student, you will need to provide the following paperwork to the school office:
- Birth certificate
- Social security card
- Up-to-date immunization records
- Proof of residency in the Spring Hill School District
For returning students, while much of your student and family’s information already exists, it is imperative that you take the time to review all forms and make any updates needed. This will help ensure school staff has accurate contact information to reach you if needed and also any health or special needs information that is important to your student’s wellness and academic success.
