Online Enrollment Now Open

July 17, 2017

The Spring Hill School District offers online enrollment to its families with returning students. This system allows you to login to Skyward at your convenience, enroll your student(s) and make payments toward school fees and meal accounts. Please consider utilizing this system, as you will enjoy the ease of enrollment and it helps the district reduce operating costs.

This year, online enrollment will be open from Monday, July 17th to Friday, August 4th. During that time period, logon to Skyward and select the Online Enrollment option, which will be located in the left-hand menu. Once you get started, please follow the form and update any information necessary for each of your students. Be sure that you complete all of the checklists.

You will have the ability to pay school fees and add funds to your student’s meal account through the online payment function. From July 17th through August 16th, the $1 credit card convenience fee that is normally charged for each transaction has been waived. Please note that you now have the ability to pay for fees and meals for multiple students with only one transaction.

For families without Internet access, have a new student, or need to register in person, a walk-in enrollment event is being offered at a central location for all grades. The site will be Spring Hill High School’s Media Center, which is located at 19701 S. Ridgeview Rd. (please enter through the doors north of the main entryway). The date for this event is Thursday, August 3rd from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.  Details:

  • Representatives from all schools will be on site.
  • New families will be given printed forms to complete.
  • Returning families without Internet access will be given a Skyward username and password, and then may utilize the computers on site to complete the online enrollment process.

If you do not have a Skyward user name and password, you are encouraged to apply for this information. The application is available online at www.usd230.org in the Skyward section under the Students & Parents menu. Please note that this form must be returned in-person to the school office or at the enrollment event. Skyward Family Access gives you the ability to enroll online and more, including access to grades, assignments, attendance information and messages from teachers and staff.

Students meeting certain income standards set by the federal government are eligible for free or reduced priced meals. A Nutrition Benefit application for reduced price or free meals is mandatory in order to receive these benefits. Please complete the application and return to the Department of Nutrition Services. Copies will be available in the Board of Education and school offices as of July 1st.

If you have questions about the enrollment process or would like to sign up for Skyward, please contact your school. Summer hours for all district buildings are Monday-Thursday, June 5th through July 21st, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Contact information is as follows:
