Multiple Students, One Online Transaction -- All New Skyward Function!

Frustrated by multiple transactions and convenience fees when making online payments into students’ meal accounts or for registration costs? No more! A new enhancement to Skyward Family Access has been rolled out to eliminate multiple transactions and convenience fees for families with more than one student. The “shopping cart” function, which is now available, makes it easy to put lunch money in more than one student’s account at a time as well as pay any registration fees.
If you need to make a payment, simply log onto Skyward Family Access to get started. Regardless of which student’s account that you are viewing, you can select Fee Management or Food Service from the left-hand menu. From there, follow these easy steps or view the attached instruction sheet, including an image of the payment screen:
- Click on Make Online Payment and you will see all of your students’ names and options to make fee and meal account payments.
- To add funds to one or more children’s accounts, select Update Payment Amount and enter the dollar amount that you plan to pay. Then simply click on Update Cart to return to the shopping cart where you can add funds to other children’s accounts if needed.
- To check out, select Pay With Vendor in the upper right area of the screen and select Yes when the prompt asks if you are ready to make a payment. The system will automatically transfer you to RevTrack to finish the process.
The enhancements to Skyward make online payments for multiple students possible and mean that the $1 convenience fee for making online payments will only be charged once instead of for each individual child’s transaction.
